Renesas RZ/V2L SOM

SolidRun’s RZ/V2L SOM features Renesas’ RZ/V2L CPU. It features Cortex®-A55 (1.2GHz) CPU and built-in AI accelerator “DRP-AI” for vision. The RZ/V2L is highly power-efficient and eliminates the need for heat dissipation measures such as heat sinks or cooling fans, making it cost-efficient for various AI-based vision applications. It is package- and pin-compatible with the RZ/G2L SOM, enabling users to upgrade to the RZ/V2L for additional AI functions without incurring extra costs. The SOM offers optional features like onboard WiFi/BT, memory, storage options, and PHY configurations which customers can configure tailored to their applications.
