Hello,

I think I have a problem or it is not well explain on the wiki.

After the install of xbmc with standalone install, when I start the cubox, I only show a cursor and I can't directly use it with the keyboard.

So I do this :

Code:
ALT+F1
login with root/cubox
export DISPLAY=:0
startx & xbmc

Is it the good process ?

I can do that by ssh, but I think I need to add nohup command to continue using cubox when I stop my PC.

Note for AZERTY(fr) keyboard
use after login
Code:
loadkeys fr

I've had the same issue...
I was not able to solve this.
Just used a lill of Bill Gates's "Flash/Format will solve every issue so why do you need to be smart" concept.

It's an old post, with the old installer, now with last installer, I think it works directly.

But I stop trying to use the cubox as a mediacenter, I use only as a NAS (for rsync, samba, etc...) with an external hard disk. For mediacenter I have another machine (WD TV Live).
