[edit] FAQ

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):

  1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries in the world, except a small number of countries that we are prohibited to do business with according to Israeli and international law
  2. I ordered via PayPal, but the address is not correct. Can you please send to this address instead?
Sorry, we ship only to the address PayPal forwards it to us. Please send email to service at solid-run dot com, and then we will refund you and ask you to re-purchase through PayPal with the correct address.
  3. Do you provide volume discounts?
Not at the moment. We have a limited number of CuBox systems available now and would like to distribute them to as many customers as possible. This allows us to start building a versatile community of developers around CuBox and this is a major goal for us. We prefer to limit each order to a maximum of 5 systems at the moment. This will change in the next run which will be a much bigger one.
  4. What are the default username and password for SolidRun's Ubuntu builds?
Default username/password = cubox/cubox ("root" password is 'cubox' with all lower-case letters)
